How to find Smithills Open Farm

How to find us:

We are just 15 minutes from Junction 5 M61 Follow the brown signs for Smithills Country Park. At the traffic lights turn into Smithills Dean Road and follow this for approximately 1 mile, look out for the signs to the farm.

There are car parking facilities at the farm for cars and coaches.

Travelling by bus? Catch the 526 from Bolton Town Centre (Trinity Street Bus Station, next to the Train Station). Get off the bus at the last stop, the farm is just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Buses run every 10 minutes Monday - Saturday, every 30 minutes on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
