We’re Back!

🎃UPDATED TIER 3 COVID INFORMATION🎃
OUR FARM IS ABLE TO STAY OPEN AS USUAL
ALL ADMISSIONS ARE ONLINE TICKETS ONLY

Hi everyone, just a quick update as we have been inundated with phone calls, messages and emails regarding the current situation with Greater Manchester moving into tier 3 from Friday 23rd October. Luckily we don’t fall into the category of businesses that have to close so are able to remain OPEN AS USUAL. Our Halloween events will continue as planned. (Unless advised otherwise)

We would like to remind people of the rules and regulations we have in place throughout the farm to provide a safe environment for our staff and our visitors who come to enjoy meeting our amazing animals and joining in with our seasonal activities.

FACE MASKS
When visiting the farm it is now MANDATORY to wear face masks when in ALL indoor spaces and on the tractor rides. This is following all government guidelines. Please bring masks with you or you can purchase them on entry. Children under 11 years old don’t need to wear masks. Visitors who are exempt from wearing them are also fine to come. Our staff who are in direct contact with customers are asked to wear face shields/masks. We also have staff who are exempt from wearing them so please don’t challenge them.

POLITE REMINDER – ONLINE TICKETS ONLY
We are still operating a ticket only entry into the farm. You do need to book in advance via our website. Without tickets you will be refused entry. Tickets for the weekends sell out quite fast do please be prompt in booking. This is due to us having to limit visitor numbers into the farm because of COVID 19 guidelines. Animal feed and Tractor ride tickets can be bought online but donkey ride tickets can only be bought on arrival. No farm tickets can be refunded or transferred on the day of the booking! Pumpkin picking tickets are strictly non transferable.

GROUPS OF 6
As per government guidelines families shouldn’t be socialising with any other families from any other households not even in outdoor spaces.

ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE
You are able to hold animals, feed animals, tractor rides, donkey rides, milking the cows demonstrations, outdoor park, reptile room. The only area that remains closed now is the indoor play and bouncy castles. Please note that there will be slight alteration to these activities to adhere to all regulations. Our indoor picnic areas are open too!

SOCIAL DISTANCING
In all busy areas of the farm we will have farm staff controlling the flow of people through, some areas you may be expected to queue up to wait your turn. As a family run business we do ask for you to respect other families on our farm and also our staff by keeping a good 2metre distance where possible. One way systems are in place in certain areas and we do have farm staff in those areas watching this. There may be queues at our most popular animals so please be patient, you will still see all the animals.

HAND WASHING AND HAND SANITISING IS ESSENTIAL, PLEASE DO THIS REGULARLY AROUND THE FARM.

Please note hand sanitiser is not an alternative to hand washing. Whilst on the farm, feeding and handling the animals you are still expected to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then sanitise clean hands.
